Quick answers

Can I reach you outside Monday, Wednesday and Friday?

Yes — any day. Those three mornings are when artwork physically moves, not when we are available. Bookings and questions are answered seven days a week, so if you need something for Wednesday and it’s Tuesday, get in touch and we’ll make it work.

How do I see rental prices?

Open a free trade account. Weekly rates, Set Lists and Hold Requests all unlock once you’re signed in, and accounts are approved the same working day.

What’s the minimum rental?

One week — we don’t rent for shorter periods. Collect on a Monday and the artwork is due back the following Monday before noon. Anything returned after noon on the due day is charged for a further week.

How do you want the artwork packed for return?

No bubble wrap, ever — the plastic melts onto the artwork. Wall art is wrapped individually in clean packing paper with a short 2 to 4 inch strip of tape. Props, mobiles, 3-D models and sculptures come back in their original packaging, with no exceptions, and every item keeps its Act One Art tag. The full instructions print on the runsheet that goes out with your booking.

Can I rent something for months rather than weeks?

Yes, and it’s priced by hand rather than by the week. Use the Long-term rental button on any artwork page and we’ll send you a figure within one working day.

When can I collect and return?

Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9:00am and 12:00pm, by appointment booked at least 24 hours ahead, with a text 20 minutes before you arrive. Panel van or smaller only.

Can I try a piece on set first?

Not at the moment — demand is high enough that pieces are rarely idle. Every artwork page carries photographs of each piece with its exact measurements, and a printable runsheet, so you can plan the wall before you book.

Can you make something we can’t find?

Often, yes. Send us a brief with a budget and a date on the commissions page and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s achievable.

What if I cancel, or something comes back damaged?

A confirmed order cancelled after it has been pulled and packed carries a 25% fee. Everything is checked in on return; if there’s damage we invoice for it, and extended rental charges keep accruing on missing pieces until they’re back.
