Wrap-out instructions
How every item must come back to us. Please read before you pack.
No bubble wrap. Ever.
The plastic melts onto the artwork and the damage cannot be undone.
Tags stay on
Every item comes back with its original Act One Art tag still attached.
Wall art: clean packing paper
Wrap each piece individually in clean sheets of packing paper and secure with a short 2 to 4 inch strip of tape.
Props and mobiles: original packaging
Props, mobiles, 3-D models and sculptures must be returned in the packaging they arrived in. No exceptions.
Truck buddy and driver instructions
Hand this page to whoever is collecting.
Zero tolerance for lateness
Pick-ups and drop-offs must happen on time. Please plan your runs around the appointment rather than the other way round.
Arriving
- Text 20 minutes ahead Send Act One Art a text twenty minutes before you arrive, for both pick-up and drop-off.
- Pull into 10 Parkway Forest Drive A residential condominium building. Use the main entrance.
- Park in the loading dock Directly in front of the grey double doors, as shown in the photograph.
- Everything happens at the doors Artwork is collected and returned in front of the double doors. No contact needed.
Panel vans or smaller only
City and condominium by-laws mean 3-ton and 5-ton trucks cannot be accommodated at this address. Please book the right vehicle.
